Our contact form collects your name, email address and message. Our enquiry and booking form collects your full name, email address, phone number and message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and arrange an appointment.
This website itself does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising.
On our Contact page, Google Maps loads only when you select ‘Load map’. Google then receives technical information about your browser and connection, such as your IP address. 3. How We Handle Your Data
We do not sell your details. Form messages are sent by email through a mail server run by our website provider to the clinic’s inbox at hello@vitalmedclinic.co.uk. The website temporarily counts submission attempts to help prevent spam.
