VITALMED Aesthetic and Laser Clinic

Welcome to VITALMED Aesthetic and Laser Clinic. By booking an appointment or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information
VITALMED Aesthetic and Laser Clinic is a private medical aesthetic facility that provides advanced skin, laser, and injectable treatments. All procedures are performed by qualified professionals under strict clinical protocols.

We reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and will take effect immediately.

2. Medical Disclaimer
All treatments require a full consultation and, when applicable, a patch test prior to your first appointment. Results may vary depending on individual conditions. Treatment plans are bespoke and designed following clinical assessment.

3. Appointment Policy
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask all clients to provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a £50 cancellation fee or the loss of your deposit.

Failure to attend an appointment („No Show”) without notice will result in the full treatment cost being charged or deducted from your prepaid session/package.

Appointments cancelled within the required notice period may be rebooked at no extra charge.

5. Children and Safety Policy
Due to health and safety regulations and to ensure a calm clinical environment, children under the age of 16 are not permitted within the clinic premises.

We do not offer childcare facilities.

Clients arriving with children will be kindly asked to reschedule their appointment.

This policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions to ensure the safety of all visitors and staff.

6. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on services already provided. Results may vary from person to person. Prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable but may be transferred with management approval.

Products purchased in-clinic are non-refundable unless deemed faulty or damaged upon purchase.

7. Conduct
We operate a zero-tolerance policy regarding abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour. Any such conduct may result in immediate removal from the premises and a permanent ban from future bookings.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All client information is kept strictly confidential and in accordance with GDPR regulations. We do not share or sell your personal data with third parties.

9. Liability
While we take all precautions to deliver safe and effective treatments, the clinic and its practitioners shall not be held liable for unforeseen side effects, adverse reactions, or failure to achieve expected results. Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided.
