You can ask about the procedure, possible side effects and aftercare, as well as the timing and cost of appointments. Results vary from person to person. There is space to ask questions and take time to consider the information before deciding how you would like to proceed.
How to Prepare for Your Consultation Visit
Begin with a consultation with Dr Kamila Szuberska to discuss your health, previous treatments and expectations. It’s important to mention allergies and all medicines you’re taking, including supplements. Ask about preparation and recovery before deciding. Do not stop or change prescribed medicines without advice from the clinician who prescribed them.

Before any treatment, we explain the proposed approach and obtain your consent. Your appointment includes information about the procedure, possible discomfort and side effects. We agree the timing of follow-up care and explain what to expect during recovery. You receive aftercare advice and have time to ask questions before deciding how to proceed.

Health Assessment:

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding 
  • Known allergies or previous reactions to injections, medicines or treatment ingredients 
  • Current antibiotics or other prescribed medicines 
  • Autoimmune disease or other ongoing illness, including diabetes or cardiovascular disease 
  • Active cancer 
  • Neurological or muscle conditions, including any symptoms affecting movement; provide your full medical history 
  • Local skin infections
  • A history of difficulty swallowing or breathing problems; discuss these before considering any injectable treatment 

After Your Treatment – Advice and Precautions:

For the first 24 hours after the procedure:

  • Avoid intense physical activity 
  • Avoid saunas and high temperatures 
  • Do not massage or press on treated areas; follow your aftercare instructions
  • Avoid alcohol  

When Should Treatment Be Reviewed?

Follow-up care includes a review of your response with Dr Kamila. The timing of any further treatment is planned around this review, your health history and your wishes.
